Rubén Blades

Five decades dedicated to music, art and politics, 23 Grammys and an incalculable number of concerts around the world have made him become a legend of Latin music.

Rubén Blades is a Panamanian singer, songwriter, musician, actor, lawyer and politician who has spent most of his career in the United States. His style has been described as intellectual gravy.

From the 1970s to the present, he has recorded more than twenty albums and participated as a guest in more than 15 recordings with various artists of different genres and trends. On the other hand, he has participated as an actor in several Hollywood and independent productions.

Since 2010, Rubén Blades has been accompanied by Roberto Delgado & Orquestra, from Panama, with whom he has performed at the most prestigious festivals and venues in Europe, the United States and Latin America.
